Halep will meet Babos in the 3rd round of the US Open. Halep is curently ranked on the 5th .She is on a hot strike of 17 wins with only 1 loss in cincinati semi-final against Keber. She beat in round 1 Flipkens with 6-0 6-2 while in round 2 beat the experienced Safarova with 6-3 6-4 . She really played a good tenis last months . Babos is ranked on 34th , she beat in first round Hass 2-1 on sets while in round 2she beat Hogekampf with 2-0. Halep is way better than Babos anyway but now she is really playing a good tenis and can dream to win the US Open. She played with Babos 2 times in past and won both with 2-0.
