Altach vs Ried prediction (1x2)

In round 17 of the Tipico Bundesliga Altach welcomes Ried. The hosts are fighting for the top place and if they win today they will be leaders till tomorow. Ried is struggling this season and are far from European places with 17 points do far from 16 matches. Altach has 33 points with 10-3-3 till now. Altach has been progressing big time since their promotion in the league and this is their best season so far. They have made their ground a fortress and took some huge wins here. Rapid was beaten 1:0, they played a draw with Salzburg while Austria got beaten heavily with 5:1. Against Sturm it ended 1:1 even though they had a man more since the 60`th minute. Sturm leveled at the 93`rd minute. Some days before that match Altach lost coach Canadi to Rapid and I hope this will not have a negative effect in the long run or even at this time. Werner Grabherr is the new interim coach and with that draw Altach took a big win against Mattersburg away. They were playing with a man down and were dominated but managed to score in the 95`th minute. Maybe that will give them some confidence though it isn`t lacking at home ground. What it is lacking however are the results against Ried. Altach has won just 2 of the last 10 matches against Ried. The rest were 4 draws and 4 losses. Altach hasn`t won here since 2015 but the time is now. Ried is in bad form which was deepened by the loss to struggling St. Polten 1:2 at home. They lost 5 of the last 6 matches and lost 7 of the last 9 away in all competitions. Ried likes to put all man behind the ball against Altach and hit them on the counter. It had worked so far so will not change that. The team is low on confidence though and taking a point today would be huge for them. Altach hasn`t got much problem with the lineup as they only miss Ngamaleu(mid.9-3) and Zivotic(att.7-2) while Aigner(att.0-0) and Zwishenbrugger(def.2-0) are long term injured. Ried is without the regular defender Hart(14-0) and Nutz(mid.8-1) while first scorer Walch(11-3), Honsak(def.16-2) and Moschl(mid.12-1)are a doubt. If they miss it will be a huge blow for Ried. Altach often doesn`t look good against Ried but for the title they have to win these kind of matches. Their form is good while Ried is all over the place. This is Altach`s match to lose.
