South Sudan takes on Mali in Africa Cup of Nations qualification stage game. Currently Mali is the best team in group C which includes Benin, South Sudan and Equatorial Guinea. Interesting thing is that Benin might be disqualified from this tournament, in that case Mali has just to avoid a defeat, but currently it's unknown and Mali will strive for win. South Sudan is currently in third position with 3 points from 4 games played. This national team lost their last two games against Benin (4-1 and 1-2). Now it's almost obvious that they will not qualify for the next stage. Just to say, South Sudan has never been among the top teams in Africa, while Mali is among top five teams in Africa. It's not a secret that they have a serious squad with serious talents spread around the world. Mali even arranged a friendly few days ago against Nigeria and lost it 0-1.
