Nimes vs Laval prediction (1x2)

Nimes - Laval For all first part of the season Nimes were doomed at relegation due to 8 points deficits for fixed games. But an excellent start of 2016, with 4 wins from 4 games in January, brought them same hopes for salvation. Due some good results in the coming rounds Nimes is now out of any relegation worries being with 42 points on 12^th spot. For a small team like Nimes is this is a huge performance keeping in mind they don’t have any star players in their squad. Hard working team and an inspired coach they shown great determination in order to stay saved few rounds to go. A lot of offensive minded games from their side, having some interesting players up front: Mounie, Koura, Ripart and old Maoulida who helped the team when they need it.  For this game one of the best man during whole campaign, GK Michel is suspended due to a red card saw at LeHavre in previous round. Laval remained also this season that team hard to beat. In first part of the season they played more to win, the number of draw compared with previous season, being decreasing constant. But in 2^nd half of the season, this approach was seen more often and with 2 rounds to go they have an impressive number of draws 16 (but lower than previous season 21). These draws kept them stuck in relegation battle, being now only 4 points more than Sochaux. Perhaps another draw will be enough for them to survive but I am sure they will try to take advantage of an unmotivated team and will force 3 points here. They were very close to snatch a win against Clermont last round, opening the score in 2^nd minute after a corner kick and missing another huge chance in first 5 mins, Alioui missing incredible from 3 meters – being 100% sure he will score and barely hit the ball thru the net, ball saved in the end by Clermont defenders. With a 2-0 after 5mins of play for sure Laval would have taken all points and would have been safe now. But now they must force in this game and must take something from this trip. 1^st keeper Caponne is injured. Well here is not too difficult to choice a bet. As the table shown now, both teams will be more than happy with a draw. So let’s bet accordingly: stalemate. gl
