Same as for Iran - if South Korea want to be in a good position to finish at first two places, they must, at least, not to lose this match. The H2H matches between South Korea, Uzbekistan and Iran will probably decide who goes on World Cup and if they lose this one, they will be in pretty bad position. China have only two points and practically they have zero chances to move to top three. South Korea have good team with a lot international players who are playing in top European leagues.
