Wisconsin vs Penn State prediction

It's that time of the year! Tomorrow is the day that College Football Playoff committee decide which four teams are "best" and are going to compete in playoffs. We have Big 10 Championship Game between No 6. Wisconsin and No. 7 Penn State and the winner has outside chance of slipping into four-team playoff. Line is Penn State +3, which is set decently, but not perfect in my opinion. This means Penn State would be getting points if this game was played in Wisconsin. This game is on neutral field and since it's at +3, we would have +6 if it was in Wisconsin and even line if it was @ PSU. Those lines are the same, just translated. And I'm pretty sure there aren't that many people who would be comfortable in laying 6 points in this match-up. Penn State is 10-2 (8-1 conference) with eight straight wins, averaging 40.4 points. They managed to upset Ohio State on Oct. 22 and rode that momentum to secure division. And that division has Ohio State and Michigan. This team is powerful offensively and is dynamic both running and passing. And McSorely is a revelation. This should result in quick scores for PSU, especially since Wisconsin defense showed that they're capable of giving these plays up.Wisconsin will have to plod up the field with Houston who simply hasn't seen a game at this level and remember, he's really a bench player at this point coming in in relief of Hornibrook who I don't expect to play (I could be wrong though). That is a big change for him in the biggest of games. He's no Cardele Jones, that we know. I think that the wrong team is favored here and that it should be Penn State -2 and we have 5 point value here with the line that the public has been moving the wrong way.
