Ostapenko vs Halep prediction

Jelena Ostapenko takes on Simone Halep in the final of French Open. Ostapenko is biggest surprise of this tournament. She showed a great play and managed to beat 3 seeded player on her way through final. She is only 20 years old and we could expect a lot from her in future. Her style of play is very aggressive, she has very powerful forehand, it is interesting that she hit the 5th strongest forehand on this tournament including men competition which is really impressive. She like to control the game, she hit 245 winners on this tournaments, against Bacsinszky in the semifinal she had 50 winners, but she is also making too many unforced errors and in the semifinal she had 45 of them. On the other hand we have expected to see Halep in this final as she was one of the favorites to win it before it started. She was very close to elimination against Svitolina as she was 6-3 5-1 down in that game, but she managed to win that game. She has totally different style of play than Ostapenko. She has a good defense, like to play longer points, but also know to hit well from forehand. She is not making so many winners like Ostapenko, she had only 14 winners against Pliskova, but she also had only 14 unforced errors, while the most impressive fact in that game is that she managed to force Pliskova to make 55 unforced errors. It is tough to win point against her, she managed to return some really tough balls against Pliskova so I think she will manage to set her style of play in this game. We have seen that Ostapenko know to be nervous and I think she will be even more nervous today as she is playing her first final and she is not so experienced. She could try to make points shorter in this game, but that is tough to do again Halep, So IMO Halep is huge favorite in this game and I she can win in straight sets.
