Split vs Inter Zapresic prediction (1x2)

Split welcomes Inter in the 13`th round of the HNL. Split is placed fourth in the league with 18 points while Inter is sixth with 15 points. Split started well in the league and held the first place for a while but it wouldn`t hold for long. Coach Vulic said that the team would be fighting for the first two places if 2 of their best players haven`t left but that was ridiculous of course. Season after season their poor away performances cost them places on the table and it is no different this season. Split started great in home games at least with 4 wins and great performances but have slowed down a bit of late. They have lost 4 of the last 7 games and it was an incentive for coach Vulic to resigne. The match against Hajduk(0:2) probably did it for him though the result was a bit false as Split had big chances and it could have ended differently. Split actually has 4-0-2 at home and lost to Rijeka and Hajduk which is no big shame. Anyway Split got their new coach Sablic and he debuted against Osijek with an away win. Split never won @ Osijek and that match gave them a good boost I quess. Sablic took the team to a 5 day preparation in Medjugorje and they had 2 training sessions per day to pick up the pace and endurance. It is probably the best as the weather was poor in Croatia for the last week. Inter is the surprise package this year as they stand 6`th but with just 3 points to top 4 places. Inter hasn`t lost many matches but has picked up many draws, even 6 till now. Toplak is a very good coach and I knew he would do well but since Inter won almost all home matches last year I expected a bit more at home where they have 1-4-1. The stats are a bit better away from home with 2-2-2 and 7:11 goal difference. Inter had a good run lately with draws against Rijeka and dinamo and a win over Zagreb but were a bit lucky with that I guess. Rijeka dominated them from start to finish having 21:3 in shots on goal and 16:1 on corner kickes and Inter should have lost. Zagreb is the worst team in the league and with a great match from Nesterovski Inter won 2:3. Against Dinamo Inter had 2:0 and should have won but the referee had other things in mind. Dinamo on the other hand had a CL match in mind. All in all Inter got the best from those matches but i don`t think they will do well against motivated Split today. They didn` have proper conditions to prepare for this match as their pitch is a mess now. The only real threat in Inter is Nesterovski who scored 8 of Inter˙s 12 goals and Split will give him a good amount of attention.   The hosts are missing Woon(def.8-0), Erceg(0-0), Spehar(mid.7-2) and Miljkovic(1-0) but a the coach said they are replacable. Inter is missing the important midfielder Blazevic(11-1). Split should win this.
