Serena Williams vs Pliskova prediction

Serena Williams will face Karolina Pliskova in the semifinal of US Open. Serena made her way through the quarterfinal not only without losing a set, but she even has not dropped any single serve game. Then Halep manage to take a set against her and even break her serve 2 times in quarterfinal. However I think that at this moment only Halep and Kerber are able to make some troubles to Serena so I think she shouldn’t have any troubles to beat Pliskova here. It is true that Pliskova managed to raise her level of play in last month. She won tournament in Cincinnati, where she managed to beat Kerber, Muguruza and Kuznetsova and played a great tennis, but here she was not so much convincing. She was lucky to have a good draw so far and the only serious opponent to her was Venus Williams on this tournament where she struggled a lot and even faced some match points. Her serve worked fine on this tournament, but I think that will not be enough against Serena who will surely overpower her in rallies. In this game she will be forced to play something longer points than against Konjuh and need to hit the ball much harder but I am not sure could she do this. Serena is simply for a class better and I think she will win in 2 sets here.
