Seoul vs Jeonbuk (Asian Handicap) prediction

Seoul hosts Jeonbuk in round 18 of the K league Classic. The hosts are 7`th on the table with 22 points and out of the championship round. They are also the current champion so we can say they have really started the league badly. With only 5 wins in 17 matches played and mostly draws Seoul has to step up quickly or the league will be finished for them before it is divided in two. I think the team is bit saturated this season after they won the title last season with no fault of their own. Jeonbuk lost points because of match fixing and Seoul took advantage in the last rounds. They have shown no resolve still and I must say their game is dull and predictable. There were a few games this season Seoul has won by sheer luck and individual quality alone. Lately they neither have that on their side as Seoul has won just 1 game from the last 8. They drew 4 times and lost 3. Two of those losses were at home to not so strong teams like Gangwon 2:3 and Sangju 1:2. If something doesn`t happen soon coach Hwang will be under huge pressure. The management has made some effort to stengthen the team bring in Lee Myung-joo and Khaled Shafiei but I doubt their influence will be instantaneous. Seoul has 3-4-2 at home this season. Jeonbuk is the sole leader with 35 points but the difference would have been greater if they haven`t droped points at home to lowly Incheon and Daegu to everybodys surprise. Jeonbuk look determined this season to take the trophy and since they have no ACL to worry about they get to go full force. And I bet they have that unbelieveble title loss on their minds. They got a bone to pick with Seoul and I see them highly motivated for this match. Some players are back from injury to add depth but the ifluential midfiielder Kim Bo-kyung has been sold. Edu has stepped up with goals this season and with KimnShin Wool make a nice partnership. With Ricardo back from injury they have options in attack while also the defense has been solidified and is the best in the league. In the title clash last year Seoul took one of their rarer wins against Jeonbuk recently. Jeonbuk dominates these clashes and won even 4 of the last 5 away matches in the league. Jeonbuk has shown really good form on the travels and has won 3 of the last 4 away. Even the odds suggest that Jeonbuk is quite the favorite.
