Hoffenheim II vs Pirmasens prediction (Over/Under)

I don't understand why this line is moving a lot in the last few hours and apparently see no reason for the lines are going in that direction. Pirmasens plays defensively in games on the road, almost 70% of Pirmasens games on the road ended with less than 4 goals, Hoffenheim have problems with some players in the offensive sector; Schindler, Öztürk,Röser, Lohkemper, Trümner an Atik. Add the H2H also shows low-scoring games; 1-0 in every game. I do not think that happened more than 4 goals in the game because I expect a defensive posture by Pirmasens, and home team with some difficulty to score goals.
