Central Africa vs Madagascar prediction (Over/Under)

In group B this are the next standings: on the first place is D.R. Congo with six points after three round, on the second place is Angola with four place, on the third place with the same points number is Central Africa and on the last place is Madagascar with just two points. Central Africa can get the first place after this round if they will win against Madagascar and if Angola and D.R Congo will make a draw. The problem is that Madagascar won here five months ago with 0-3 and showed that is not a comfortable team to play against it. Sure is that we'll see a beautiful match with goals and active game plays. I think over 1.5 goals is a good bet for this match.
