As I already mentioned in one of my earlier posts, Alajuelense is among the teams with the biggest potential in the Costa Rican Primera Division and one of the major favorites for the title in Torneo de Invierno (together with Saprissa and Herediano).The hosts started the new season in a good shape, having won four points from the previous two rounds against Santos de Guapiles (0-0/away) and Limon on Wednesday (2-0/home).Liberia finished at the lower half of the standings in each of the previous two campaigns and although the visitors showed good play in defense in the previous two rounds (0-2-0 1-1), I doubt that they will manage to win something from this match at "Estadio Alejandro Morera Soto", where the hosts have recorded twelve wins in their last fourteen games in the league (12-0-2 38-9).I think that Alajuelense will manage to win that game.
