They also has a troubles with many injuries at the start of this season and for this game they will be without injured Afellay, Butland, Ireland and Johnson, while Shaqiri is doubtful. On the other hand City has started this season with 2-1 win over Sunderland. They were not so impressive in that game, but this week in Champions league qualifying they were amazing and beat Steaua with 5-0. With that win they secured their place into the group phase of CL, so they could play with their strongest squad today, while they will probably rest their players in the second leg match against Steaua. They are still without their newest signing Gurdogan, Kompany is also out, while Sane is doubtful. Anyway we have seen that City could play on very high level even without them, they are clear favorites in this game and I expect their win.
