Man city vs Totenham (Asian Handicap) prediction

Valentine's day fixture in the Barclays Premeier league and I think the layers are really being gracious enough to price city up at 2.15 at this time. City who were tagged 'title favorites' from the start of the season suddenly became 3rd favorites as the odds suggests albeit it that they lost to the main title contenders this season in Liecester. The cityzens come into this game looking to get it right for the second time after losing out to Liecester 1-3 in their last home fixture. They have a boost in skipper Vicent Kompany who would take his place at the stopper position today after being out for a long time through injury. David silva is also passed fit for this encounter while their lengthy injury list has the likes De bruyne, Navas, Samir Nasri, Mangala all sidelined through injury. Spurs are of course one of the in form teams at the moment as they are unbeaten in 8 of their last 9 games in the league including winning their last 5 in all competitions. Sure, they are second with a 13-9-3 record. They are as well the best defence in the league it stands. They don't have any serious injury concern and would look to do the double over city here after winning them 4-1 at the white hart lane. This is not the kind of bets I often like to make but how on earth should city be priced at anything above evens. Lets look at the big picture here; had this fixture being played about 9 days ago, it would have been 2nd against 3rd but with the nature of competition this season, a loss in any game could see you lose your position if your closest rival wins. 2nd, city had won spurs 4 times on the bounce before that 4-1 win last time and some of the goals in that game were scored from an offside position. 3rd, Liecester got the better of city in the last game because city were not aggressive enough and as well Liecester were compact defensively but I don't see that same spirit in this city's next home game. City to win will be a very decent bet but with Kompany back to the starting 11, I expect the attacking players to concentrate more on the job going forward. City hardly win by 1 goal at home so I think its more valuable backing them to win by 2+ goals as usual. GL!
