Detroit Lions vs N.Y. Jets prediction

Lions cut defensive end Anthony Zettel last week wich was surprising at least for me.Zettel lead the team last year on the defensive line.He was second in the team at sacks.They appointed Matt Patricia now at the bench and Lions should beat their record from last season of 9-7 and the fact that they were only one game away short of the playoffs.They also brought the rookie raising star runner Kerryon Johnson who many belives that he will be the best back since Barry Sanders.After wild-receiver the best deep position for Lions is running back wich will be perfect for Johnson and he should have huge impact on the team.Here are also and Blount and Riddick who plays as a pass-catching option.They also took TE Luke Wilson and OL Frank Ragnow really god deal from Lions.The main problem for them will be the red zone as it was last year according from what i saw at the pre season.Also Lions have one of the best receivers at NFL with Golladay , Jones and Tate. Jets were also desperate during the preseason and i dont believe they can make something special this season.Last year they manage to won only 5 games and most likely they will be around here and this season.Darnold is an impresive rookie and he should be on of the engines of the team that was even confirmed and by Lions coach Patricia.Also Enunwa is back at the roster after he missed whole last season becouse of neck injury but i wonder if he is still 100% ready.Jets with Darnold could have an solide season but he is still just a rookie and Lions defence is not to play against and i think they can make Darnold to do a few misstakes just like Watson(Houston QB) did last night because they are still not that expirienced.
