Arsenal vs Southampton (Asian Handicap) prediction

Early tip as I don't think the odds would get better than this come matchday. Arsenal might have won burnley 2-1 but the scoreline doesn't fully show the better side as Arsenal players wasted some goal scoring opportunity to give themselves a comfortable lead in the game although the visitors also had a good game themselves. Some of their players were rested while some others didn't play for full time. Arsene wenger would now be able to call on his strongest 11 for this game against the saints after they were humiliated 4-0 at the St Mary's. Southampton obviously had a good rest as they are out of the FA cup after being sent packing by crystal palace and didn't have any game during the weekend. They must have really prepared well for the gunners although they visit a ground where they are yet to win in their last 4 visits in the league losing their last 3. Charlie Austin their latest in-take from the january transfer window made a mark for himself on his debut by giving them a 0-1 win over Manchester utd to end their losing streak on the road. Arsenal knows that it gets tougher for them to clinch the title if they keep dropping points. After the 4-0 loss at the st. marys, anything other than a win here for Arsenal would certainly put doubt on the title credentials of the gunners. With the likes of Ozil and sanchez; who scored 1 and assisted the other goal in their last game against burnley making a start here, I think the gunners would win by a couple of goals here. A possible 2-0 or 3-1 correct score for me. GL!
