Milwaukee Brewers, who trail the Cubs by 3 1/2 games in the NL Central, will give the ball to Zach Davis (17-9 with a 3.89 ERA), who wasn't at his best his last time out, surrendering 8 hits and 6 runs in four innings of a 4-7 loss at "Marlins Park" on Sept. 16.Davis obviously feels more comfortable on the road than at home, as the third-year major-leaguer went 9-2 with a 2.04 ERA in sixteen road contests, compared to a 8-7 record and a 6.05 ERA in fifteen starts at "Miller Park".Davis has posted a 4.08 ERA in nine career starts versus Chicago.The Cubs will counter with their ace Jake Arrieta (14-9 with a 3.48 ERA), who went 6-2 with a 1.98 ERA in ten starts after the All-Star break.The right-hander yielded 8 hits and 4 runs (three earned) while walking three and striking out 16 batters through thirteen innings in his previous two starts against the Brewers this season, a 7-4 win at "Miller Park" on April 9 and a 13-6 home win on May 21.I think that Chicago Cubs will manage to win that game.
